Instructions:

1: Click the button above that corresponds with the type of computer you have.

2: When you click the link, a small program will be downloaded to your computer.

3: Once it finishes downloading, you’ll choose the appropriate option to run the program.

4: If the program doesn’t launch, check your downloads folder and run it from there.

5: Once the program launches, give the 9-Digit Number to your IT support person.

Once the support session is over, be sure to exit the program.
